In many of my English classes, we read Susanna Kaysen's memoir Girl, Interrupted. It's a gripping story about a young girl who finds herself commited to a mental hospital.  Arturo just may have inspired me to look for a follow-up reading for the same students.  Here he writes about a book about a young man who faces the same challenges.
