This semester Melisa chose to profile her nursing assistant teacher. In doing so,  she developed an interesting cause and effect analysis of our current shortage of nurses.  Not only did she spend huge chunks of time on our college databases exploring important research articles, she delved into the front lines of the crisis.  She works in a hospital.  Her experiences and observations were critical to her discussion.
