Luis wrote his research paper in English 70 about the Berlin Wall. He compared life then to life now.
There is really not much to say about the Berlin Wall, but there is a lot of memories. Little of the Berlin Wall still stands today in museums and in the German capital. More than 40,000 pieces were crushed to make materials largely for building roads, but some also was auctioned off as art pieces. Some of the museums that have pieces of the Berlin Wall are the Imperial War Museum in London and Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in California. Some of the wall ended up in unexpected locations for example, one of the most surprising wall location would be in Las Vegas Nevada in one of their millions of casino bathrooms. Three urinals are mounted onto the graffiti-bearing concrete slab, which stands approximately three meters wide and 1.8 meters tall. Surprisingly a lot of that wall stands here in the United States and one of the biggest wall piece stands here in Los Angeles California located in front of the Variety Building on Wiltshire Boulevard. The 25-ton structure measures 3.7 meters in height and 11.6 meters in width and consists of 10 segments. It’s crazy where most of this wall is now standing today and hopefully I get to see some of this historical wall figment one day.
