I’ve created a discussion board on Blackboard called “Book Out of Your Past.” Here I tell my students the selection they submit will tell us a lot about them. You know, like “you are what you read.” I’m not asking for a book review, but I want my students to reflect on their reading experience.
Where were they when they read this book? Who told them about it? What did they get out of it?
I’m entering this book review for Poster Child under the name of Pilar Carrazco. If Pilar was looking for strength to overcome her troubles, she could find inspiration in Emily Rapp.
